According to Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III, the new iDOLE OFW ID is initially available only to returning OFW but will be ready for all overseas Filipino workers in the future. With the new ID, the government will be able to provide better service to our fellow Filipinos working abroad.

Paano makakuha ng OFW ID? / How to Apply for an OFW ID?

Claiming the new OFW ID card is free and is available to all OFW cards vacationing back here in the Philippines. It is funded by OWW or Overseas Workers Welfare and is said to be a gifr from our beloved President Rodrigo Duterte.

The President of the Philippines knows all the sacrifices of our kababayans abroad and their great contribution to the country's economy. So with this new ID system for OFWs, it will give Filipinos working abroad the privilege they truly deserve.

Benefits of OFW ID

In the future, the new iDOLE system will link to more government agencies to provide a more reliable, updated and secured service to OFWs.
