This includes lots of paperwork and licenses that wasn't easy but was worth it in the end when they got to start work abroad. They also had to undergo different trainings including classroom management, individualized planning for students with special needs and an accent reduction program.

One of the teachers who was hired by Nevada, said there is a huge difference in pay and benefits so they are really happy with their new job. Another teacher said they also feel the support of the people around them so they are excited for the start of the new school year in Nevada.
