Meanwhile, Matthysse, who is handled by Golden Boy Promotions, also announced his fight with Pacquiao through Oscar De La Hoya's Twitter account.

@MatthysseLucas will put his title on the line against @mannypacquiao in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Saturday night July 14 (US time).
39-year-old Pacquiao has a record of 59-7-2, 38 KOs while 35-year-old Matthysse has a record of 39-4, 36 KOs.
There are no announcements yet where the match will happen and when will the tickets be available but it is expected to be announced soon.
