You Can Now Open an Account Online with Maybank's M.O.V.E App; No Personal Appearance Needed!

Maybank Philippines has just launched a new M.O.V.E app that allows Filipinos here and abroad to open a new account without the need to visit the bank. This new app called Maybank2U PH revolutionalizes banking processes including applying for a credit card, loans and sending payments, all with just a few clicks using your mobile phone. Soon the app will also connect with your Gcash, PayMaya, and even PayPal account so you still don't need to go to the bank to deposit funds.

And since Maybank is enhancing the process of performing financial services by making everything virtual - you don't need to visit the bank to claim your ATM card because they will also send it to your address. Of course, you must be present to claim the card but should you be out of your house or office at the time of delivery - don't worry because Maybank's courier can just come back for another time.

And that's not all, unlike other banks, you will not be charged any fee when you withdraw cash from your Maybank M.O.V.E account. Just as long as it is withdrawn from a Maybank ATM machine. At the moment, Maybank Philippines already has 74 branches nationwide and more all around Southeast Asia. So yes, you can also withdraw money from your account outside Philipines without incurring any charges.

At the moment, the app is only available in Google's app store but it will be downloadable soon in the iOS store. The app is free to download for everyone and anyone, including OFWs, can open an account. All documents required can be sent online through the app.
