Applying for a Russian visa for Philippine Passport holders
Applying for a Russian visa for Filipinos is not only free but also requires no documents to confirm the tourist's visit. The processing time is only 4 days including weekends and bank holidays. Once the e-visa is issued, the Filipino tourist will have 8 days to tour Leningrad and Saint Petersburg through naval, air, automobile, and even pedestrian checkpoint. The only entry point not allowed is by rail transport.
Each e-visa is valid for 30 days from date of issuance so travelers must schedule their visit within those time. It's also important to remember that the 8-day visa does not mean the traveler can stay for the whole 192 hours in the country. The time starts exactly the time from you passed immigration.
